TeraGo Executive Appointed to Board of Directors of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association

Toronto, On. – February 1, 2010 – TeraGo Networks Inc. (TSX: TGO, www.terago.ca), a leading national broadband service provider to businesses in Canada, has announced the election of Jim Nikopoulos, VP of Corporate Development & General Counsel at TeraGo, to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA). The association is the authority on wireless issues, developments and trends in Canada.

As a member of the board, Mr. Nikopoulos will deliver a fixed wireless industry viewpoint on all spectrum, regulatory and public policy matters affecting the Canadian wireless industry.
